Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for operational oversight of clinical and translational research operations including short and long term strategic planning, fiscal oversight, leadership, policy development and implementation, resource management, and personnel administration for our healthcare provider clients.

Requirements
:

A dynamic leader with proven administrative abilities is sought for this position that reports to Compass Point Research’s Executive Vice President and General Manager. The desired candidate will have a minimum of 10 years progressive research operations experience preferably within an academic medical center or hospital affiliated research institute, and possess excellent communication skills. A master’s degree is strongly preferred.


Coordinating Center Project Manager

Responsibilities:

This individual will oversee participating research centers for Investigator initiated protocols. This will include study initiation, staff training and development, study conduct and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) monitoring.


Requirements:

BA/BS degree, five years experience, including regulatory and data management for multi-center trials and management experience is required.


Translational Research Specialist

Responsibilities:

This individual will provide administrative support for concept and protocol development as well as grant application submission for translational research clinical studies.

Requirements:

Minimum of Master’s degree with scientific expertise in the biologic or medical fields required. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Access. Excellent scientific writing and verbal communication skills are required.


Biostatistician

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the biostatistician will include providing statistical advice to clients, input into protocols including trial design, sample size calculations, and methodology, etc. In addition, the statistician will provide data analysis utilizing relevant statistical software programs.

Requirements:

A minimum of first degree (undergraduate or equivalent) and MS in Biostatistics.

 Experience working with multi-center health outcomes research is preferred. Education: Minimum of first degree (undergraduate or equivalent) and MS in Biostatistics.

Three to five years supporting the analysis and reporting of clinical trials data for pharmaceutical product development

Experience working with Phase I data strongly preferred.


Clinical Research Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities:

The quality coordinator is responsible for research compliance and quality assurance audits as it relates to clinical trials conducted across the Compass Point Research Investigative sites.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor′s degree in a health-related field with at least 2 years of clinical research experience and knowledge of GCP Guidelines is required.
